A controversial new US and Israeli-backed aid organisation began operating in Gaza today.
But their distribution site quickly descended into chaos as Palestinians, desperate after weeks of an Israeli aid blockade, over-ran the facility.
The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation had already attracted criticism from other aid groups who have refused to work with it.
